• Booking data — the name, phone number, vehicle size, service requested, and any optional details you provide when you fill in our booking form.
• Loyalty data — if you're part of our loyalty scheme, we store your name, phone number, stamp count, and reward status.
• Site analytics — aggregated, anonymous counts of page views, Instagram clicks, and Google review clicks. We do not use third-party trackers like Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.

We do not collect payment information, IP addresses for marketing purposes, card details, or government identifiers.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used only to:

• Contact you to arrange or confirm your booking.
• Send you your digital loyalty card link via WhatsApp or SMS when you've earned a stamp.
• Notify you when your loyalty reward is ready to redeem.
• Understand roughly how our website is performing.

We will never sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it for anything other than servicing your booking and loyalty card.

4. How long we keep it

Booking enquiries are kept for up to 3 years after your last interaction for accounting and repeat-customer reference. Loyalty records are kept as long as your loyalty card is active (stamps expire after 12 months of inactivity). You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

5. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored securely on servers provided by Supabase (Ireland, EU). Our website is hosted by Vercel. Both providers are GDPR-compliant and use industry-standard encryption.

6. Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies needed for the admin area to function. We do not set marketing or advertising cookies. Analytics counts are anonymous and server-side only.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you (access).
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate (rectification).
• Ask us to delete your data (erasure).
• Withdraw consent to loyalty messaging at any time.
