Important Notice
Terms & Conditions
All prices shown on our promotional materials are starting prices only. Final pricing is confirmed after your vehicle has been assessed.
Price Variation
Final pricing may vary depending on the size of the vehicle and its overall condition at the time of service.
Additional Charges
Vehicles with heavy dirt, pet hair, stains, sand, mould or excessive debris will incur additional charges on top of the advertised price.
Pre-Service Assessment
Every vehicle is assessed before work begins. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed beforehand — no surprise charges.
Photos Required
Photos of your vehicle's interior and exterior are required when booking, so we can assess condition and advise on pricing upfront.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
